Kreamer co-founded Station Partners in 2016 and has experience as an operator, investor, and investment banking advisor focused on a wide range of industries, transactions types, and deal sizes. He currently serves as VP of Strategy and Development and on the Board of Managers of Molecular Imaging Technologies. Prior to Station, Kreamer worked at Larson MacColl Partners, a lower-middle market private equity fund, and in the investment banking group of Collins Stewart (now Cannacord Genuity) and as a principal with a venture capital firm in Florida. From 2009 until 2012, Kreamer served on the Board of Directors of MiMedx Group, Inc (NASDAQ), a publicly traded biomaterials company based in Kennesaw, Georgia

Andy Pirtle

Andy Pirtle

Principal, Co-Founder

Andy co-founded Station Partners in 2016 and has experience as an operator, advisor, and investor amongst varying corporate interests. He currently serves on the Board of Source One and Evolve. Prior to Station, Andy was the Managing Member of Compass Development Group, an investment company focused on privately held, lower-middle market businesses in a broad range of industries. Andy served as a Principal and on the Board of Trustees of Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, NJ and was an active advisor in the sale of the Schiavone Construction Company, a civil contracting firm founded by his Father, in 2007. Andy began his career in real-estate, having developed numerous single/multi- family homes and commercial properties.

J. Ryan Kelly

J. Ryan Kelly

J. Ryan Kelly has invested in businesses with revenues ranging from $4 million to $700 million, which has provided him with the opportunity to partner with existing management teams to develop strategic plans and identify the internal or external resources needed to execute on key initiatives.  With over twenty years of principal investment experience, Ryan has been intimately involved with the respective portfolio companies in senior executive recruitment, new service offering development, M&A activity and negotiating joint ventures and strategic vendor agreements.  In addition to his Partner role at Station, Ryan also works as President of COR Health, a Maine based healthcare provider, pediatric & adult nursing, adult home care, behavioral health, targeted case management and medical staffing services.  Previously, Ryan was a Partner at Founders Equity, a lower-middle market private equity fund, and an Associate with J.H. Whitney & Co., a multibillion private equity firm.

James Becker

James joined Station Partners as an investment professional in 2021.

Before Station, James was an attorney with the law firm Lewis Glasser PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia where he focused on commercial, corporate, finance, and transactional law. He represented clients in business formation, business dissolution, commercial contracts, commercial financing, corporate governance, commercial real property development, mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt financing matters. James also served as Counsel to the West Virginia House of Delegates Standing Committee on the Judiciary during the 2021 Regular Session of the West Virginia Legislature.

James began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, where he rose to Senior Analyst in both the Global Industries Group and the Financial Institutions Group. While with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he gained experience working on a variety of transactions for large corporations, hedge funds, and private equity firms. These transactions included public and private debt offerings, equity offerings, financial restructurings, hostile takeover defense, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

After law school, James worked at The Huntington National Bank as a Commercial Portfolio Manager. In that role, he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing the middle market commercial lending portfolio for Southern West Virginia.

James is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Taylor Rooke

Taylor Rooke


Taylor works at Rooke Fiduciary Management, a private trust company that manages various family assets. He is also a Board Member of Station Partner’s portfolio company Evolve Logistics. Taylor worked at Larsen MacColl Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm which specialized in investing into companies with proven business models, strong management teams and compelling growth opportunities. While working at LMP, Taylor was active with A&S Kinard, a short haul transportation, logistics, intermodal, and warehousing company that was successfully sold to Celadon in 2014.

Marston (Marty) Becker is the Chairman of the Board of QBE Insurance Group (ASX.- QBE.AU) headquartered in Sydney, Australia writing over $15 billion in premium through operations on 5 continents. Mr. Becker is a seasoned insurance executive with a career that spans 35 years in leadership roles principally as Chairman and/or CEO for publicly traded and private insurance, reinsurance and insurance brokerage organizations. Most recently he was CEO of Alterra Capital (Nasdaq-ALTE) in Bermuda. In addition to QBE, he currently serves as Chairman of West Virginia Media Holdings and on the Board of Brickstreet Mutual insurance company, Source One Financial – a mortgage banker for the recreational vehicle industry, Dorado Insurance in Hamilton, Bermuda and the Mountain Companies – a southeastern US construction firm. He also serves on the advisory board of American Securities Fund and Cohesive Capital. Non-profit activities include the West Virginia University Board of Governor’s, the West Virginia Chamber and the Clay Center for the Arts with previous service as a director of the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers, The Reinsurance Association of America, the American Insurance Association, Hartford Hospital, West Virginia/United Hospital System, the West Virginia Roundtable, the West Virginia University Foundation and the Blanchette Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute. Mr. Becker earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science degrees at West Virginia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Warren H. Haber

Warren Haber has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Founders Equity Inc. since founding the firm in 1967. Prior to establishing Founders, Mr. Haber was associated with the investment banking firms of Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. Mr. Haber has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a number of entities formed by Founders, and its affiliates both public and privately held, over the past 45 years. During this period, Mr. Haber directed Founders’ investments through their growth stages both internally and by acquisition, as well as by actively restructuring and turning around a number of portfolio companies. Jon S. Brandt
Investment Advisor

Jon S. Brandt is a hard driven, overachieving entrepreneur, who has successfully built and sold multiple businesses. Jon’s most successful venture was national Healthcareer Association (NHA), the largest allied healthcare certification organization in the country, which he successfully sold in 2009. With NHA, he was able to turn a vision of improved, quality patient care into a profitable venture in the Allied Healthcare sector.

Diving into entrepreneurship early in his career, he has experienced all levels of building a company and has turned numerous ideas into businesses creating new markets and market leadership status.

Jon has invested in both mature and early stage companies where he has been able to help them grow through his ability to create and implement a strategy of growth by building market credibility. Presently he is the CEO and Board chairman of Sage Education Enterprises and Sage Thrive Inc., in Bergen County New Jersey.

Matt Wirths
Investment Advisor

Matt has been an active investor with Station Partners since 2016. He recently joined the team as an Operating Partner/Investment Advisor bringing 35 years of operational and strategic expertise. In addition to his role with Station Partners, Matt currently oversees a portfolio of operations in self-storage, commercial real-estate, retail and hospitality. With his wife Beth, Matt has been active in various community charities for the past 30 years most recently serving on the Board of the FDU Credit Union. His passions outside of work includes his two grandchildren, spending time at his lake house and golf.

Donald Hakes
Chief Executive Officer, Evolve Logistics Group, Inc.

Don is an experienced executive with over 25 years of management experience. Most recently, Don was a partner at Privos Capital, a high & ultra high net worth family office consulting practice. Prior to Privos, he was President and Managing Partner of Jersey Partners, LLC, where he managed operating investments in salt water disposal facilities and a commercial solar design and installation company. During that time, he also served as a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer of NERI, LLC, a Liberty Mutual captive insurance company.   From 2000-2006, Don worked was a Group Director of Middle Market Structured Finance for Merrill Lynch & Co. with oversight over an $8Bn portfolio and 100 professionals throughout the U.S. From 1995-2000 Don worked at BayView Capital (NASDAQ), a $2 billion structured finance originator, serving as Division President in the energy finance group and on the Executive Committee. Prior to BayView, Don was as a Vice President in the franchise finance group at Stephens, Inc. Mr. Hakes earned a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University where he was a starter on the varsity football team.

Mr. Nelson co-founded Source One Financial in 1999 when he assumed the position of President/CEO. Prior to Source One, he worked in the auto industry as a Finance Manager for one of the largest auto dealers in Minnesota and managed over $250.0 million in consumer loans. Mr. Nelson’s background in consumer finance has helped position the Company as a leader in the Marine and RV industry.

Chip Eleazer
Chief Executive Officer, LandCare Innovations

Chip founded LandCare Innovations in 2011 with a focus on providing excellent customer service, strategic growth and empowering people through promoting stewardship.

Prior to LandCare Innovations, Chip was the co-founder and COO of Ecoscape Solutions Group leading the industry through growth initiatives, that spurred the company to rank in the Top 100 Landscaping Companies. He served as President of the Carolinas Irrigation Association and was a member of the CoreTen Landscape advisory board.

Prior to pursuing his Landscape career, Chip was a Regional Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical and Medical equipment company, thus allowing him to learn about excellent customer service and how to build lasting relationships.
