Steve served as President of Frontier Capital Management, an institutional focused small and mid-cap equity asset management firm from 2010 to 2020 before retiring after a 28-year career with Frontier. As an Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and eventually President, Steve helped grow Frontier from $1.3 billion in AUM in 1992 to $14 billion in AUM in 2020. A substantial amount of this success was driven by the Mid-Cap Growth strategy which Steve managed from 2005 to 2020 and grew from $668M in AUM to $7.5 billion in AUM upon his retirement. Steve earned a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University in 1988 and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.
