Ryan Kelly is a Managing Partner at Station Partners. Ryan has over 25 years of principal investment experience working closely with portfolio companies in senior executive recruitment, M&A activity, and negotiating strategic agreements. His experience has made him uniquely qualified to work with management teams to develop strategic plans and identify the resources needed to execute on key initiatives. Prior to Station, Ryan was a Partner at Founders Equity (lower middle market private equity firm), an Associate with J.H.Whitney & Co. (multibillion middle market private equity firm), an Analyst at RFE Investment Partners, and a Staff Accountant at Arthur Anderson LLP.
Ryan graduated with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University. Ryan lives in Little Silver with his wife and four sons.
