Matt is an investor, entrepreneur, director and advisor. He currently serves on the boards of Soelect, Inc., Gradient Health and Outdoor Access, leads the Piedmont group of angel investment firm VentureSouth, and is a board advisor and investor committee member for the John L. Dickinson family of companies. His prior experience includes consulting roles at Accenture and the Boston Consulting Group, and senior executive roles at MRC Global (NYSE: MRC). A native of Parkersburg, WV, he lives in Greensboro, NC. Matt holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
