Marty is an experienced executive, director, investor and advisor, with 35 years of experience as a Chairman/CEO to insurance, reinsurance, and insurance brokerage companies in the U.S. and internationally. Marty is the Chairman of MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF), the immediate past chairman of QBE Insurance Group (ASX: QBE), former President and CEO of Alterra Capital Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ALTE) and its predecessors (2006 to 2013), and currently serves as a board director to Axis Capital (NYSE: AXS), Encova Insurance, Amynta Group, and Dorado Insurance. He serves as an Advisory Board member to American Securities, Cohesive Capital, and Madison Dearborn Partners. Marty previously served as a board member to Source One Financial Services, LLC
