Marston (Marty) Becker is the Chairman of the Board of QBE Insurance Group (ASX.- QBE.AU) headquartered in Sydney, Australia writing over $15 billion in premium through operations on 5 continents. Mr. Becker is a seasoned insurance executive with a career that spans 35 years in leadership roles principally as Chairman and/or CEO for publicly traded and private insurance, reinsurance and insurance brokerage organizations. Most recently he was CEO of Alterra Capital (Nasdaq-ALTE) in Bermuda. In addition to QBE, he currently serves as Chairman of West Virginia Media Holdings and on the Board of Brickstreet Mutual insurance company, Source One Financial – a mortgage banker for the recreational vehicle industry, Dorado Insurance in Hamilton, Bermuda and the Mountain Companies – a southeastern US construction firm. He also serves on the advisory board of American Securities Fund and Cohesive Capital. Non-profit activities include the West Virginia University Board of Governor’s, the West Virginia Chamber and the Clay Center for the Arts with previous service as a director of the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers, The Reinsurance Association of America, the American Insurance Association, Hartford Hospital, West Virginia/United Hospital System, the West Virginia Roundtable, the West Virginia University Foundation and the Blanchette Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute. Mr. Becker earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science degrees at West Virginia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Various Awards have been bestowed on Mr. Becker including the WVU Academy of Distinguished Alumni, the WV Business Hall of Fame, the Leading CPA in Business Award of the WV Society of CPA’s, the Delta Tau Delta National Achievement Award. Mr. Becker is married to Katharine Becker with two children, James and Todd, and resides in Jupiter, Florida and Charleston, West Virginia.
Warren H. Haber

Warren Haber has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Founders Equity Inc. since founding the firm in 1967. Prior to establishing Founders, Mr. Haber was associated with the investment banking firms of Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. Mr. Haber has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a number of entities formed by Founders, and its affiliates both public and privately held, over the past 45 years. During this period, Mr. Haber directed Founders’ investments through their growth stages both internally and by acquisition, as well as by actively restructuring and turning around a number of portfolio companies. Mr. Haber was formerly Chairman of the Board and CEO of International Power Machines Corporation, an AMEX listed Company, from the date of its acquisition in December 1986 to December 1992, and a Director until the date of the Company’s acquisition by Exide Electronics (XUPS-NASDAQ) in February, 1995. Mr. Haber is a former Director of Gulf Resources Pacific, Ltd, a New Zealand based real estate company, and former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Vitamin Specialties, Inc. Mr. Haber previously served as Director of Metrocare Enterprises, Inc.; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New America Industries, Inc., Kenai Corporation , The Watch Hill Group, Inc., and Meadow Group, Inc. Mr. Haber was also founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Ocilla Industries, Inc. and briefly, its successor, Allico Industries, Inc. He also serves as a Director of a Nasdaq listed Realty Information Group, LP, now CoStar Group Inc, the leading commercial real estate database provider. Mr. Haber is currently a Managing General Partner of Founders Fund I & Managing GP of Founders Watertown Property, LP. Mr. Haber received a BBA in Finance from Baruch College. Mr. Haber is currently a Trustee of The Mailman School of Public Health (Columbia University), Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America and is a member and serves on both Council and the Executive Committee of The University Club.
Finn Wentworth

Finn Wentworth is a prominent investor in businesses that have included commercial real estate, media and sports ventures. He is a past President and Chief Operating Officer of YankeeNets, LLC and a founder of the YES Network, the most powerful regional sports network in the country. During his tenure, he also served on the boards of the YankeeNets and the National Basketball Association as well as the team boards of the New York Yankees, the New Jersey Nets and the New Jersey Devils. Wentworth also recently served New Jersey Governor Chris Christie as a member of the New Jersey Gaming, Sports, and Entertainment Executive Task Force which advised the governor on the reorganization and reengineering of the state’s gambling, sports, and entertainment concerns. Wentworth is founder and managing principal of Normandy Real Estate Partners, a $2 billion discretionary fund that acquires and invests in commercial real estate properties, primarily in the Boston to Washington corridor. Among the fund’s key acquisitions is Boston’s iconic John Hancock Tower in 2009. A philanthropist and community improvement activist, Wentworth has served in leadership positions on several nonprofit organization boards in the New York Metropolitan area. Wentworth is Chairman of the Morristown Memorial Hospital Foundation. He is a director of the Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge Foundation and a trustee of the Yogi Berra Museum. Wentworth is a member of the Washington Association of New Jersey and patron of George Washington’s Mount Vernon. He also serves as a Board Member of the Nantucket Historical Association. He has served on the board of the Princeton National Regatta Association, an organization that supports the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team, and received the Jack Kelly Citizenship Award from the U.S. Rowing Association. Wentworth has served on the boards of trustees of his alma maters, Lehigh University and Morristown Beard School, where he was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame. He was also inducted into NJBIZ Magazine’s Hall of Fame which honors those who have a long-term commitment to business success in New Jersey. Wentworth is an avid sportsman who has climbed 49 US State Highpoints, including Mount Whitney in California, Mount Rainier in Washington, and Gannett Peak in Wyoming.

Jon’s most successful venture was national Healthcareer Association (NHA), the largest allied healthcare certification organization in the country, which he successfully sold in 2009. With NHA, he was able to turn a vision of improved, quality patient care into a profitable venture in the Allied Healthcare sector.
Diving into entrepreneurship early in his career, he has experienced all levels of building a company and has turned numerous ideas into businesses creating new markets and market leadership status.
Jon has invested in both mature and early stage companies where he has been able to help them grow through his ability to create and implement a strategy of growth by building market credibility. Presently he is the CEO and Board chairman of Sage Education Enterprises and Sage Thrive Inc., in Bergen County New Jersey.
